    I have spoken with Sage and they are saying it is a Microsoft issue, any suggestions please :-(

    I understand that you are trying to upgrade to Sage v25. We’ll definitely look into this for you. For us to provide you the most appropriate assistance, kindly provide us the information needed below:

    1. What is the make and the model number of the computer?

    2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using?

    3. Which version of Microsoft Office is installed on the computer?

    4. Which Sage Account are you using?

    5. Are you getting any error code or error message, while trying to perform an upgrade?

    6. Is your system connected to domain?

    and check if the system is meeting the requirements or not.

    I’d suggest you to refer this article on
    Download and install Sage 50 Accounts v25
    and try the suggestions.

    Hello Lisa, I’m Virginia & I will be offering advice on how to fix your problem.

    Is the 2018 update to the Sage 50 software? Did you install it over the previous version? If the answer is yes to both then it may be that there’s some leftover registry entries from the older version, you could try uninstalling Sage 50 with Revo uninstaller
    which will clean the leftovers & then you can reinstall Sage 50.

    This what Sage’s support says:

    These are supported under Windows 10:

    Sage 50 Accounts v23

    Sage 50 Accounts v22

    Sage 50 Accounts v21

    Sage 50 Accounts v20

    Sage 50 Accounts v19

    Existing installations of Sage 50 Accounts

    If you have Sage 50 Accounts 2013 (v19) or above installed on your computer and you upgrade to Windows 10, your software is still supported. However, if you have any issues you may need to reinstall your software.

    Sage 50 Accounts 2012 (v18) and below is not supported on Windows 10.

    Sage 50 Accounts on Windows 10 HP Laptop

    Hello,

    I have downloaded Sage 50 onto my laptop and the display seems squashed - no spacing between the lines of text.

    The text seems too large for my screen when I'm looking through my customer list and supplier list.

    Sage have told me that my laptop is too high res for the Sage programme...?

    I've gone through my display settings and compatibility but nothing seems to solve the issue.

    Hope someone has also had this issue and found a solution.
