Windows 10: Samba Shares don't show up in Windows 10 Network

Discus and support Samba Shares don't show up in Windows 10 Network in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I don't know if it's sabotage or incompetence, but HomeGroup is awful if you're using LANMan shares.
