Windows 10: Same ICC different outcome

I have an Epson eco-tank 2750 printer that has been converted to sublimation. I have been using my Macbook Pro for a couple of years with a specific ICC profile. I have now purchased a Windows 11 laptop and have installed the exact profile and settings and cannot, for the life of me, get it to print the same! I have many repeat customers that are expecting a consistent outcome of their items.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

• Also: please tell us what AV/AM/firewall programs are you running on this system?

Can't I set the icc file after setting HDR in windows?

In regards to your issue today. Let me go ahead and assist you.

Here are the steps that you can follow to possibly fix the issue like as follows:

• Navigate to ‘Control Panel – Appearance and Personalisation – Display – Screen Resolution (or Adjust resolution)’. On Windows 11 it is easiest to simply type ‘Colour Management’ into the ‘Search Bar’ on the taskbar and skip to step 4.
  
• Click ‘Advanced Settings’.
  
• Click on the ‘Colour Management’ tab and press the button labelled ‘Colour Management…’
  
• Ensure the ‘Use my settings for this device’ checkbox is checked.
  
• Press the ‘Add’ button and then ‘Browse…’ to the ICC profile you just downloaded. Press ‘Add’ then ‘OK’. Note that if multiple ICC profiles are listed you will have to set the desired profile as default by clicking ‘Set as Default Profile’, too.
