  1. Same notification appears when i start my laptop and slow in general

I recently upgraded my laptop from windows 7 to windows 10. but i have 2 problems i encounter after that upgrade,
My laptop start time takes about 4 minutes to start, back when my laptop was 7 it took about 12 sec to start. also my laptop is so slow in shutdown and restart also my hard disk is 100% in task manager

The other problem is a notification appears every time i open my laptop it says as a title "we have turned on Microsoft windows defender to protect your device" and as a subtitle "your version of windows security essentials is incompatible with this version of windows" and i think after the notification appear, which makes the laptop begins to be more faster and the hard disk problem goes from 100% to 60-80% which is still high. and I am not opening any program or app Same notification appears when i start my laptop and slow in general d7a02b4c-0e66-4df6-b4c8-0f197cf7ba03?upload=true.png

    :)

  2. (SOLVED/CLOSED)looking for help with Android phone CONSTANT wireless signal notification

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
