Windows 10: same old question network access permission denied

I have two pc on my small network. All log in with the same pin. Both on windows 10 pro. Pc one can see the shared files. pc two can not access files about permission. Have done all i found on internet solutions. No solution for me. Need access and do not want reinstall windows. maybe this would also not be solution.

Which fix or software fix i can use to get rid of my problem.

Don't know why Microsoft can't make it working, seeing i'm not alone with problem.

Unable to access a folder, it denies permission

Step 1: As you have mentioned, that you are unable to access few particular folders, I would suggest you to go ahead and give permissions to that particular folder which is giving you access denied error. Maybe you are getting
access denied error due to permission settings. Once when the file or a folder has a permission, you will be able to access it within the Network.
