i followed the steps with the folowing outcome:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at

windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline

repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

what i can do to solve this issue?

In order to submit a new feedback, please follow these steps:

Hi Sameh

Are you sure you are referring to a Windows licence, if you are a private consumer, there is no volume Windows 10 licence - what licence exactly did you purchase?

Or are you referring to a Microsoft Office 365 licence, which can be installed on all your PC's?
