Windows 10: Samsung A14 5G phone I can't get the phone link to work do I have to have a computer

I just have a android Samsung A14 5G phone do I have to have a computer to get Windows to work on my phone I can't get the phone link to work. HELP THANKS

Phone Link vs Samsung Flow vs Samsung Dex?

I found out about the problem when I ran games on the phone using Phone Link. Assuming that the PC is connected to the phone with Phone link On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Not available

However, on the PC if you run Bluetooth Audio Receiver and open a connection to the phone then On the phone if you look at the Bluetooth settings you will see that:

• Calls = Enabled
• Audio = Enabled

how do i connect my dell inspiron5755 to 5g. my phone and tv(both samsung) connect easily. 5g doesn't even show up on the list for the computer

I've only ever used Phone Link with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Phone Link could be better, but it's getting plenty of updates lately, so maybe they're working hard to improve it. What's the difference between Samsung Flow and Samsung Dex?
