Windows 10: Samsung Book2 Pro 360 Windows 11 wifi no longer shows up

I've had this problem for a couple days now. Wifi doesn't show up and the adaptor has the yellow triangle on it.Fix actions tried:- restart computer and wifi modem- complete factory reset- netsh winsock reset only worked on the initial windows setup but immediately stopped after install- network reset- disable driver / enable- uninstall / restart- uploaded new Intel wifi driver- called Samsung but they told me to factory reset.It suddenly started when I left the hospitals wifi and went home to do some work. My wife's mac and our phones / TVs use the wifi and currently connect but I can't see

Availability

The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro and Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 will be available for pre-order beginning March 18, 2022, and will be available at retail stores starting April 1. The Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 will be $1,249.99 and comes in burgundy, graphite and silver color options. The Galaxy Book2 Pro will be available for $1,049.99 in graphite and silver.

Samsung Galaxy Book2 / Windows 10 stuck on Samsung screen

I did a factory reset complete wipe on a Samsung Galaxy Book2. Windows 10 is the operating system that was preforming the factory reset. Up on finishing the factory reset when the Galaxy Book2 was restarting it went to the Samsung Galaxy Book2 logo screen.
And that as far as it will go. It will not finish loading windows or anything else. It stays that way until you either power it down and then we start it and it goes right back to that same screen or the battery dies.

Is there a solution to this that can get back to where Windows 10 finished loading and works properly.
