    I cleaned and fixed my paper problem so now I can print a test page fine but when trying to print a document it still says I have a paper jam. Can I clear that message so I can print what I need to?

    I have a HP LaserJet 200 color M251NW printer. Worked fine until upgrade to Windows 10. Now every time we attempt to print, the printer reports a paper jam when there is none. We cannot print. How do we fix this?

    Canon MG3620 printing blank pages

    it will print the test pages and ink pages fine, but will not print out my pdf or google document. It printed fine this morning and now it is stuttering and pushing blank pages out. I checked and there are no paper jams.
