Windows 10: Samsung HW-T400 soundbar noise issues

Hi,I've had a Samsung t400 for a couple of years now, I used it with another computer in the past using windows 10 with no problem, and use it with my phone with no problem, however, when using it with my windows 11 computer there's an annoying noise, like white noise although a bit chirpy.I have tried wandering around the bluetooth configruation and also audio configuration but haven't been able to make the noise disappear. Could you please propose solutions to the issue?Thanks

Can't play music on Samsung HW J450 Soundbar via bluetooth

I have Samsung HW J450 Soundbar and I'm trying to connect it to my win 10 laptop via bluetooth. It appears as "Paired" in Settings>Bluetooth> Manage Bluetooth devices but can't transfer sound to sound bar (Does not appear in playback devices).

I have updated my Bluetooth device drivers and nothing succeeded yet.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Let's get your Samsung Soundbar sorted. A configuration error can be the cause of this issue. To diagnose and fix this problem, we suggest that you run the hardware troubleshooter. This tool can help diagnose and fix hardware issues.

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Troubleshooting, and click on Troubleshooting from the results.
• Click Hardware and Sound.
• Under Device, click Hardware and Devices.

Dolby Atmos setup with soundbar and monitor

Hello,

I have a connection problem. I use a notebook (windows 11) that has only one video output, the HDMI. This video output is connected to a Samsung soundbar HW Q950A. The eARC output of the soundbar is connected to a LG 29WK600-W monitor. This monitor has no eARC connection and no ARC.

When I connect the notebook only to the soundbar and without the monitor I can configure Dolby Atmos. But when connected to the monitor I can't configure Dolby Atmos.

Is there a solution to connect notebook > soundbar > monitor and be able to set the Dolby Atmos?
