Windows 10: Samsung Kies Installer 2.0 is being bloked by windows

hi i need to install kies for my E1190 but windows block it for some reason how i fix this problem?? windows 11

Dear Billion,

I know how to restore windows 10, I think the problem I use the windows 10 Pro and this is not include the Windows Media Player in order to install Samsung Kies even I try to install windows Media Player the Samsung Kies not install.

So, I need from Pro N to Pro but how I can do it.

1. By outlook, are you referring to the web based email service Outlook.com or outlook app?

2. Is the issue specific to sync between KIES and Outlook?

3. Have you tried contacting the Samsung support as there seems to issue with the KIES software?
