Windows 10: Samsung level U headset bluetooth connectivity

Hi Team,


I am able to connect all other devices to my HP laptop widows 10 device except Samsung Level U headset.

Similarly I can connect Samsung level U headset with all other devices except HP windows 10 laptop.

Could you please advice what could be the issue?

Level U headset poor connection

I have a Level U Samsung headset that I use with other devices just fine. When I connect it to the laptop running Windows 10, it skips like crazy. There's no way to enjoy music with this amount of skipping.

It seems the problem is caused by the bluetooth app on the laptop continuously searching for devices to connect even though it's already connected to the headset. I'm not sure why and I don't know how to stop it. The only way to stop it is to turn off the
bluetooth altogether.

Does anybody know how to fix all the skipping? I have looked for new drivers but can't find anything.
