Windows 10: Samsung M2020 will not connect via Wifi

I have tried installing new drivers, easy install, HP printer diagnostic, and both shut down halfway through the install process.

Your printer will display as "offline" if it can't communicate with your PC. Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC. To find out if your printer is connected to Wi-Fi, see if your printer's
built-in menu has options for checking, or check the printer's manual for specific
instructions.

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

1. Press Windows key + R, then type in
   winver.
2. Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?

Also, make sure that you've installed the latest driver of your printer and
try to download and install the Samsung Easy Wireless Setup to
help you configure and properly connect your printer wireless.

When will the wifi connectivity problems be solved?


OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?

 

MS 10p rinting using Samsung M2020 Express laser model

Prior to upgrading to Windows 10 from version 8 my Samsung M2020 Express laser printer worked perfectly using its unique features. Now, with Windows 10, the Samsung features seem to have been superceded by 10's own printing format and, try as I might,
am unable to have the printer behave as before. Is it possible to disable 10's printing format so that Samsung's own version, with all its features, is again accessible?

I apologise if this is not technically well stated but in such matters I am a complete novice.
