Windows 10: samsung np300e5c will not go to desktop after reformat

Discus and support samsung np300e5c will not go to desktop after reformat in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; i reformatted my samsung np300e5c lap top...i put bitdefender on it....i updated windows...and restarted it...and it went to the samsung logo and...     samsung np300e5c will not go to desktop after reformat


    i reformatted my samsung np300e5c lap top...i put bitdefender on it....i updated windows...and restarted it...and it went to the samsung logo and did,nt go to desktop.....can anybody tell me what,s wrong?

    Is cortana not available for samsung NP300E5C-A03IN model in India?

    I called M/S to troubleshoot my Cortana issue. However, they redirected me to Samsung to check for the drivers. Samsung says all the Windiws10 drivers are Compatible with my laptop (Samsung-
    NP300E5C-A03IN). Again M/S told me that my laptop is not compatible. Whom to trust? My Windows10 is up to date and still receiving an error "Cortana is not available for the region and Language you have selected", even after changing to India(English).
    Please help. I'm very excited to use this feature in my laptop. Also I strongly feel that M/S customer care technical executives are not knowledgeable to resolve these kind of issues. They just escape from the call by redirecting and confusing us. Please help...

    Recover or Reformat?

    The reformat won't budge?

    I did what you said and then was told to remove the CD from the CD-Rom Drive, put in the recovery CD and then press the 'OK' button to continue

    So I changed to the next disk but the OK doesn't appear to be being 'pressed'. Yes I have pushed enter on the keyboard which is what I have been using to get me through the other steps..

    Any suggestions?
