Windows 10: Samsung R580/R590 laptop keeps crashing after Windows 10 upgrade

Updated my Samsung R590 laptop as follows: 8GB RAM, Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD, Windows 10 removed wifi card first.
It keeps crashing as follows: screen would go black and then 2 seconds later it would power off.
Based on searches on the internet I looked at the following:

1 BIOS update: already latest version. Note that Samsung no longer support the R580/R590 laptops
2 updated all device drivers via Device Manager
3 installed Samsung Magician and enabled Over Provisioning recommended 10%, RAPID mode and TRIM.

Laptop still crashes as described and was happening more often, though I might have to by a new laptop. Read some posts on how CPU hitting 100% would crash laptop so ran a task that would cause my laptop to crash and watched CPU usage in Task Manager and yes it would crash when CPU usage hit 100%.
Changed Advanced Power Settings\Processor Power Management\Maximum Processor State set both On Battery and Plugged In to 99%. No more crashes. I've performed all tasks that previously would cause it to crash - Norton Live Update, Norton Full System Scan, Windows Update, Samsung Magician Performance Benchmark and now it works without crashing.

Dear Support Team,

Why does Microsoft skip check the hardware or do not provide a clear statement that not all hardware support Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10?

For examples, there are several families of Samsung laptops (my case is R590) with Broadcom Wlan card that will not perform the upgrade without replacement of the hardware, the broadcom wlan card in my case.

What will be a recommendation to those cases with Windows 7 laptops? Should people expect that Microsoft will provide a minimal support for such laptops or people should switch to one of versions of linux then?

It is not up to Microsoft to make Samsung Windows 7 devices compatible with 10.

Samsung has their own Windows 10 update information:

Microsoft is not responsible for Samsung. That was not my point.

My point is different. When I was upgrading win 7 to win 10 on this (Samsung R590) laptop, I haven't received any warning that the hardware is not supported or "please check your hardware..." with the link you provided, the outcome was a frozen blue flag.
So I was in the situation described by uMvemve (Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 fails error 0xC1900101 - 0x200017).
Let me stress that in UMvemve case, nobody advised to check the compatibility, but there is 2 pages discussion that leads to an impression that it is a software issue and that windows 10 can be installed on any laptops. The latter is simply wrong and this
is my point.

In my case I replace Broadcom Wlan by Atheros card and can't see a frozen blue flag anymore. If people are not willing to replace the hardware then what would happen with such win 7 laptop, I am asking what are options, what Microsoft recommendations are.
