Windows 10: Samsung RC510 - Got stuck at windows logo when trying to boot into USB

For now, I have to use an USB wifi adaptor. Luckily I have a TL-WN725N sitting around. I also ordered a Atheros AR5B225 wifi card and waiting for it to arrive. Hope it works on my RC510. I will post the result when it arrives, ETA early Sept.

I received the Atheros AR5B225 today. Luckily, unlike some other laptop supplier, Samsung didn't put a whitelist on the bios. The Atheros works ok on my RC510. After putting it in my laptop, Windows detected it and installed the driver automatically for both wifi and Bluetooth. So I have a completely working RC510 now.

I would like to share my experience on Windows 10 installation on my RC-510 after removing the Broadcom wifi card from RC-510. I am using an ISO DVD for the installation. The first time, I chose to keep the files only as I was thinking of getting rid of all the Samsung stuffs. The result is I got a non-working LAN. I had to download the latest driver from Realtek from another computer and used that to update the LAN driver. It works. I then found that there are 3 unknown devices on the device manager. I couldn't figure out what they are so I can't search for the latest driver. Update Driver Software within device manager won't fix it. Finally, I reverted the notebook back to Win7 and reinstalled windows 10 again. This time, I chose the default and keep everything including the apps and files. I disconnected the LAN during installation. After finished the installation, all drivers are there except the graphics adaptor. I reconnected the LAN and did an update driver software from device manager. So now, I have a working RC-510 with Windows 10 and all the apps and files same as before except that I don't have Bluetooth and for wifi I have to use an USB wifi adaptor.

BTW, to remove the wifi card inside the RC-510, you have to remove the whole bottom cabinet/cover. There are a number of videos available on the Internet that show you how to do that.

I also can install Windows 10 after removing the wifi card DHXB-81 (with Broadcom chip). However if I put back the wifi card afterwards, it can detect Bluetooth but wifi is not working. If I tried to update the driver for the wifi card, it said it can detect and find the driver but cannot install the driver and shown an error code 31. When I restart the notebook, it will hang at the windows logo and can't boot up. I have to remove the wifi card again to make it work again. Does your wifi card work normally after you put it back in?

I have Samsung RC510 Laptop with inbuilt window 7 Home Premium.
I tell you what I did and It is working.
1. I went into Manage then uninstall the broadcom driver and then removed it physically.
2. Then install window 10.
3. After 2 days I put the adapter back in.

Then it is working now window 10 auto detect the device I didn't install any wifi driver
