Windows 10: Samsung S21 Ultra Unable to Connect to Surface Pro Windows 11

I did have a working configuration that allowed my S21 Ultra to connect to my Surface Pro Windows 11 using 'Link to Windows' but recently it stopped working. I've tried resetting the App and making the connection again but it isn't possible to make a Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth reports 'Driver Error'. Would welcome suggestions about how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Surface Pro WiFi connection to Samsung Galaxy S5 Phone Hotspot on Verizon

I have a brand-new Surface Pro 4 which will not connect to the Hotspot on my Samsung Galaxy S5 on Verizon.

The surface finds the phone as an available network but after entering the password, the only information I get is "Can't connect to this network".

Are these devices compatible?

Any suggestions?

Support for the Surface Connect to USB-C Adapter requires the installation of an update for the Surface System Aggregator Module prior to connecting the adapter to your Surface Pro or Surface Laptop device.

Surface Laptop:

The Surface System Aggregator Module update for Surface Laptop was previously made available on 15 May 2018. If your Surface Laptop is up-to-date with Windows Update or you have installed the 15 May 2018 update from the Microsoft Download Center, your Surface Connect to USB-C Adapter will work with your device out-of-the-box and no further action is required. If your device does not yet have this required update, please run Windows Update to update your device or install the latest drivers for Surface Laptop from the Microsoft Download Center.

The specific driver required for Surface Laptop devices to support the Surface Connect to USB-C Adapter is:

Surface Pro (Model 1796):

The Surface System Aggregator Module update for Surface Pro (Model 1796) has not previously been made available and is now available via the Microsoft Download Center. To support the Surface Connect for USB-C Adapter on your Surface Pro device, you must download and install one of the following packages from the Surface Pro drivers and firmware page of the Microsoft Download Center:
