    I had updated my laptop and encountered the issues below with my printer.

    -Unable to print but unable to scan

    -Issue occurs when trying to scan.

    We have performed the instructions but with no luck.

    have a new samsung scx-3400 printer and the installation disc that came with it, but my computer with new windows 10 will not let me load it. Help please!
