    Samsung Surface Pro stuck on Configuring... 100%


    Hi,


    My brand new surface pro just downloaded an update and has been stuck on the 'Configuring Windows Features 100% complete Dont turn off your computer' screen for hours. I can't get beyond this blue screen. I eventually tried a hard shutdown and it just returns to the same screen when I eventually turn it back on.


    I need this computer to run my business tomorrow so I'm really hoping someone can tell me how to fix it quickly.

    upgrade to windows 10 pro stuck at configuring 100% when restarting

    My OS is 8.1 and upgrade to windows 10 pro by windows update but it's stuck at configuring 100% when restarting. Pls help me. Tks every one!

    Windows 10 on Surface Pro configuring Windows stuck

    New Surface Pro, i just did a restart and it is stuck on the Preparing to configure Windows. Dont turn off your computer. Its been running like this for an hour. Ctrl-alt-del doesnt work. Pressing the power button does not work.
