Windows 10: Samsung T5 conncetion problems

Hello,

I own the Samsung T5 SSD, I had no Problems with it until today. It randomly stopped showing up in my files. It is connected to my pc and shows up as a connected drive under the Device manager. I tried changing it from usb to usb-c port and it didn't help.

Please help.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Samsung 9 Series Keyboard Backlight Issue


I was struggling with this over the past week when I finally upgraded and wanted to pass along how I fixed the problem. I found this PDF on the Samsung site and downloaded the Samsung SW Update listed in step 3.

Once I installed that all the functionality of my function keys returned. Hope this helps some sad late adopted like me.
