Windows 10: Sandisk drive broken after deletion of vault.

After I deleted the vault inside of the USB drive it didn't pop up except for once which lasted a second before disappearing. when detected it is said to be unplugged and/or non-existent and might pop up as a "USB drive" but ask for a USB to be plugged in.

Open the SANDISK drive - open File Explorer > This PC > open the drive

Browse to the pictures, select each or all then press the Delete button or click Delete from under the Home tab

 

Personal Vault (One Drive)

How can anyone else open the Personal Vault without the 2 step verification that only you can perform? To my knowledge you have to be signed in online to your Microsoft account before you can open the vault. It's bitlocker encrypted locally on your PC
even.
