Windows 10: SanDisk USB drive does not read but will open only with device manager

I have a 119GB SanDisk USB drive that does not open on one computer and also doesnt show up at all on another laptop. If I open up device manager on either computer the USB will open automatically with no issue but the second i close both and Re-insert the flash drive and go back to "this PC" and select the usb drive it will not open and will be grayed out. same goes for the other laptop except it just wont show up. it is also a really old laptop

The app, which is available for free through the Google Play Store, auto-launches upon insertion of the drive into a compatible device, allowing immediate access to the user's content and easy file management.

How to read USB pen drive

Performed steps as advised Pls see attached photo After finish, now I can copy/paste files on the USB drive. I'll test the USB drive on a Linux computer later. Thanks for your advice. Another question; How can I read/retrieve files on WDC WD2002FAEX-007BAO WDC WD2005VBYZ-02RRWB2 They are storage drives - ext4 and; Samsung SSD 860 EVO 2TB SanDisk SDSSDH3250G They are Linux drives on this PC Pls see attached photo device_manager Thanks Regards
