Windows 10: SAPI add support for Piper TTS and Coqui TTS

Hello,i tried for very long time now adding new voices to Windows SAPI system. But i do not mean the pre-packed Microsoft voices you can download as MSI packages. What i would like to do is add support for locally running Python based apps "Piper TTS" and/or "Coqui TTS".I've seen pre-installed voices in registry "...Speech_OneCore/Voices/Tokens/" and the GUID "{179F3D56-1B0B-42B2-A962-59B7EF59FE1B}". I tried playing around with that and adding new custom voices but had no success.I thought this might not be possible at all and just meant for Microsoft prepacked voices only, but i've seen that

I have trained and released locally TTS models using Coqui TTS on Linux and Mac. But now i'm looking for an easy way to train a TTS model that can be easily used in Windows locally and/or by using Azure cloud.

My voice datasets are in LJSpeech structure (Wave files and metadata.csv with transribed texts).

I've read about Creating Personal Voices For All - is this still the way to go and how can the TTS voice be used locally.

Honestly, as i'm no expert on newer Windows versions in TTS context, i'm not sure how to start.

As i contributed my voice under CC0 my voice can additionally be added to Azure.

cant access tt stopwatch app

I recently installed the "tt stopwatch" app on my Nokia 5230. I can see it in the list of installed apps but I cannot access it to use it. Any suggestions?

 

Any British TTS Voices Available for Windows 10? Hazel is not working!

No, I am not referring to Narrator. I am using SAPI 5 on a program called Voxcommando which enables me to do home automation/computer automation. In my TTS plugin for this program prior to Windows 10, one of the voices that was available was called Hazel.
In my opinion, it is one of the better TTS voices. However, it seems to not be available after installing Windows 10. I can re-download it all I want, but it still won't show up as an option for TTS.
