Windows 10: SATO Label printer wont print

Hello,I just got a new printer SATO CT4-LX and it is connected through usb port to my computer. I followed the instructions precisely. I have downloaded the drive from Sato website and whenever I try to print anything from the computer it does not print. Instead, it says printer error or printing in queue. I have been facing this problem for months and no one seems to know how to do it. Please help me solve this.

1. What is the make and model number of the Printer?
   
2. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
3. Have you made any changes to settings prior to this issue?
   
4. Which version of Windows is running on your device?
   

You may try the below suggested steps.

1. Go to devices in Settings
   > Double click on the printer > Click on
   Printer Properties > Go to Advanced tab.
   
2. You will see “Printing Defaults”. Click on it and set the option from the drop down menu and click on
   OK and check the status of the issue.

Thank you for your assistance. I tried what you suggested but my printer still wont print . It tells me its online & goes to the print page but then I get error message .

2) Did you made any changes to the PC?

3) Provide us the make and model number of the printer and your PC.

4) Does the label alignment appear correctly in print preview?
