Windows 10: "Save As " or "Print Screen" commands produce 2 images.

Discus and support "Save As " or "Print Screen" commands produce 2 images. in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; If I use "Save As " or "Print Screen" I get 2 images.     "Save As " or "Print Screen" commands produce 2 images.


    If I use "Save As " or "Print Screen" I get 2 images. If I try to delete one both are deleted. How can I fix this?Thank you.

    print screen producing black image

    I have just had a Windows update and now all print screen images come out black. This applies to print screen from any source, and into any application (Paint, Word etc.). This is the second computer on which this has happened. I tried to avoid the update
    on this second computer to retain the print screen facility, but I had no choice. THIS NEEDS FIXING!

    print command changes to save command

    Test page comes ok, but from g mail print command changes to save and does not print

    Windows 10 mail image attachments cant "save as"

    Hi Brambly,

    As you are facing issue with the Windows 10 mail image attachments.

    We have figured out and recognized that, you will not find option to
    Save, print or move     except the Copy option available for the Windows 10 mail image attachments.

    Hence I suggest you to provide the feedback as this is by latest design;

    Step on how to provide feedback

    • Open the image you want to copy or save.
    • Click on Settings.
    • Right hand side select the feedback option and provide feedback for the same.
