Windows 10: Save as PDF not working in Edge but is working in Google Chrome

Have encountered an issue saving documents downloaded from a website to PDF in Edge. Read several articles about this with purported solutions to this issue dating back to 2021 and none of those solutions have worked. Tried to accomplish this task in Google Chrome and was finally able to accomplish the save as PDF, so the issue appears limited to Microsoft Edge.Please look into this issue and resolve promptly.This is what ends up happening:Notice that the bit rate is "0" zero. I would recommend that you uninstall Chrome and try again and make sure you are downloading Google Chrome from trusted website.

• Press Win + X and open Control panel
• Go to program and click program and feature.
  • Uninstall chrome

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.
