Windows 10: Save desktop (win+tab) and window layout

i would like to save all window sizes and position also wich windows/programms are open, so i can just open everything i need by pressing 1 or two buttons instead of reopening everything from scratch.


maybe even save different windows/programm layouts on differen "desktop layouts" (win+tab)


this would be extremly helpfull since im doing a lot of things simultaneously.



im talking about these desktop layouts here wich seem pretty useless unless you can somehow save stuff.

• How are you trying to add the favorites to desktop?

I suggest you to try the below steps to save the favorites on desktop and check if it helps.

• Open the Internet Explorer and minimize the screen.
• Then go to the favorites tab and then drag any favorites that you have saved to the desktop.
• Once you get the favorites items \ folders then you can open the favorites and check if it is opening.
