How do I save all the pictures on a memory stick to the icloud

Try the suggestions below:

• Verify where the pictures are saved when taking a picture. If it's in a memory card, verify that there is enough space.
  
• Change the memory used to save the pictures. If it's the memory card, change it to the C: memory.
  
• If when changing the preference back to the memory card it still shows the error, remove the memory card and reinsert it.
  
• If that doesn't work, save the files available on the memory card in a PC and format the memory card (the error may be related to corrupted files).

Good day everyone. I downloaded pictures from my Laptop (Vista) Windows Photo Gallery to a Memory Stick. Now the New Laptop (Windows 10) cannot find or it does not exsist. Any suggestions ?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, i would suggest you to try connecting your Memory Stick to another computer and see if the copied pictures exists, If not it means there was a problem while copying, copy them again and try transfer, You may also try
another Memory stick, Might be possible its your memory stick causing the issue, After trying both these if the issue persists kindly do tell us please.
