Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds

Intel Pentium M and Speed Step option ? Electricity savings ?

Hi, just bought a Dell XPS M170 and I want to conserve electricity with my old laptop and I don't have the money to buy a new one. I've read when you enable Speed Step it saves electricity by only using enough of the processor as needed. When I tested a few different CPU meters and I disabled Speed Step (which in bios says if disabled it sets it to the lowest power state) it maxes out at 805Mhz and when I enable Speed Step it maxes out at around 2100Mhz. So wouldn't disabling Speed Step and having it max out at 805Mhz save electricity and lower my power bill? Lower Mhz would mean lower energy consumption? Its a 130 watt ac adapter and I'm using it as desktop with no battery with Windows XP and sometimes Windows 7, also I don't do any gaming just watching movies online and regular stuff. Thank you

    save number to new contact

Using win10, tapping the icon or the number dials the number. Pressing and holding brings up a dropdown list that does not include save. Pls, any new suggestions?
