Windows 10: Saving a registered Windows 10 OS from a LT then loading back clean

I have a Lenovo LT 360 Flex where the hinges could not stand the load due to them being too stiff. Have finally gave up on it.
Also have an older LT 13" Dell in perfect condition going to give away to a school child that needs one for home school.

BUT FIRST need to "save" my old data AND THE REGISTERED/LIC OS., AND RELOAD THE OS clean.
The tasks are the same.
1. Dell [to give away], remove "everything" to HD, Save my data and RELOAD a CLEAN OS back on.
2. The Lenovo, SAME but load its OS on one of my older Windows 7 DESKTOPS.
SO, in both cases:
3. What software/Application do I need to COPY "entire disk" TO A HD, then reload the "clean" OS "back" or "save".

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

Hardcore Windows XP fans will claim that Vista is currently buggy and bloated. Hardcore Mac OS X fans will claim that at least half of Vista is inspired by Mac OS X. Hardcore Linux fans laugh at all of this, and simply install the free Beryl user interface on the latest free distro of Ubuntu (or some other *nix distro). • UAC- It really makes the OS more secure, and despite how annoyed you may get with it, you have to admit it's a step in the right direction.

• Vista Live = Xbox Live for the PC. Really.
• Halo 2- What Halo fans have been waiting for over the years is finally coming to the PC. And it looks better than most of us imagined.
• DirectX10 API- All new games/ graphics cards will eventually be exclusively for DX10 and Vista, so we better get used to it.
• Windows Vista search functions- Windows indexing the everything really helps when you misplace something.
• Windows Firewall- It's pretty good this time around, if you need a firewall.
• Lots of pretty hardware/laptops are coming out that are designed just for Vista.
• Microsoft is pushing for a complete move to Windows Vista, hence, they'll drop support for everything older just like they did for Windows 9x and ME.
