  1. Saving file across devices

Hello everyone! I'm not very tech savvy and I've come across an issue. I use both a PC at home and a laptop on the go. I used to be able to save my files on one device and it also popped up on my other device i.e. a folder or document saved on one "desktop" would then automatically be on my other For some reason that stopped happening. How do I enable that feature again? After some poking around i found that my PC has windows 11 but my laptop does not meet system requirements to update to windows 11 therefore it is still using windows 10. Might that be the issue?

    :)

    Saves log files ?

You can either read the files in Windows or my preferred method is.....

    Download CCcleaner from here...........

    http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

You can then run cleaner, you will see the log files listed, then if you right click you can save as a text file and then have a read. You may also get an "error reporting" log listed seperatly.

    Hello,

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm opening up an attachment from a google account. When I right click I don't have the 'save as' option also I did not have that option when I checked the 'file' either...

    Please advise.

    Thank you,
