Windows 10: Saving files from PHOTO, Video - the only choice is "video file" no other choice

How do I save a trimmed MP4 file I made in PHOTO...

The only choice when I click Finish/Export is Video File and this I don't know how to convert.

All instructions on the web I can find suggest that MP4 should also be an option for me when I export, but it isn't.

Please explain what to do to have this choice of MP4.

Photo Gallery - videos

Although Photo Gallery is installed on my Windows 10 PC, it's not amongst the choices of 'Video Player' default apps - therefore I can't set it as my video playing device of choice.

I prefer to use Photo Gallery for videos as it enables me to delete videos at the same time as reviewing them, which is something I find very useful.

P.G. is on the list of default apps for photos, but not videos. I rarely use it for photos, so how can I make it my default for video ?

Exporting Video File Created with Windows Photo

While using Windows Photos , to upload a file for sharing , after 'Create Video' , the generated export file , results in a pixelated grid output.

A combination of still photos and video clips. The format is .mp4 and shows where saved in File Explorer Directory. There is sound, but no image.

What further steps are required for successful exporting and playback of created video file??

 

Saving linked video files in Edge on Win10?

I regularly browse websites that has a lot of video files in .webm format and I want to save some of them.

But in edge, all I get by right clicking the link is a choice to open it or open it in a new tab. This will save it to my downloads folder but I would like the option of just saving it instead.

Is there an option in Edge to allow that?
