Windows 10: Says Internet not responding, then fluorescent green screen appears.

My computer has never given me any sort of problems till recently. It would not and still wont update itsself. Eventually I took a break from trying to figure out what was wrong. I opened up Google and went to watch Netflix like I always do. But for some reason this time, a message box appeared and notified me that Netflix encountered an error but to try again shortly. But on my third attempt, a smaller box appeared and said that Google was not responding. Asked to wait or close out I went with the close out option and instantly my screen turned into an all green, flourcesent shade. Theres no mouse, keyboard keys don’t work and the only way to make the screen disappear is to shut off my computer and restart the whole thing. Please help me in figuring out what is happening and what to do next. I love this computer! I’ve taken amazing care of it and frankly cant afford another one anytime soon. But if anyone can help or have any ideas, I’ll be extremely gratrful. Thank you guys!

Green Fluorescent Vertical Bar On Screen - Hardware or Software?

Hey guys,

I decided to jump on the Windows 10 hybrid tablet/laptop bandwagon by buying a cheap Venturer EliteWin at a deal I simply could not pass on.

I was initially quite happy with the purchase until this issue popped up not even a week after purchase:





Now, though I am not very tech inclined, I feel this looks more like a hardware issue than a software one, but the fact that it happened in the middle of browsing without any drop or physical damage makes me wonder.

Has this happened to anybody here? If so, is there a solution you guys think would be worth a shot?

Since I upgraded to windows 10. I'm getting green screens on IE, Firefox, Microsoft edge videos and on some movie apps. But not on Google Chrome.I have tried all the community step by step suggestive, instructions. But the problem is still there. I understood
that Microsoft is having some issues with windows 10. Is that a fact? .
