Windows 10: Says it’s a account then says it does exist when I try to login

The account I’m trying to do has my bitlocker recovery key but when I try to login to the account it says it doesn’t exist but when I try to make a new account with the same email it says already a Microsoft account

My account says it no longer exists when I try to log in.

I use this account to play minecraft, and last night while I was asleep there were some unauthorized logins, and this morning I woke up to my account no longer existing. I know the email and password I used to log in, but even the Microsoft support says the account never existed and I don’t know how to fix this.

 

Mail app says account is synced, but account not showing up in app


When I first installed Windows 10, I added two Gmail accounts to the mail app and everything worked fine. Suddenly, neither account is showing up in the app, yet when I try to re-add the account, it says it already exists. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

 

Microsoft says my account doesn't exist

What a pathetic operating system. For one, it no longer allows one to create a local account when setting up a new or reset computer - and then valid Microsoft account holders cannot even sign into new computers for whatever reason. And people wonder why business are flocking to Macs. I can do in 10 minutes on Apple what it takes me a day to do on MS. I despise this OS, it literally makes everything painful.

All I was trying to do was factory reset a computer and set it up for a new user on the tenant - I cannot get past the "Login to Microsoft Account" screen. The freaking thing says account does not exist, yet I can login all day to the account on a browser.

Computer is connected to the same WiFi.
