Windows 10: Say's my 13th Gen I7 13700k isn't supported by WhyNotWind11

I can't install pc health check so had to use Whynotwind11 it works but say my processor isn't sported for Windows 11 but Microsoft says it is. It's a I7 13700k. 13 Gen.. My pc is very unstable running Win10. Lots of missing drivers, won't read onboard WiFi 6, crashes. fails to install new programs and host of other problems. All my research has said my processor isn't compatible w/ win10. I've tried a fresh install of windows, wiping the drive, updating bios. Nothing has worked. Need to figure out how to get windows11 on here. I got a Asus prime z790-p wifi, i7 13700k, 32gigs of ddr5, 2tb

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
