    SBAT Linux: I can't install Elementary os


    Hi Everyone. I hope to post this in the right community section.I have an old asus laptop and I am trying to revive it installing Elementary os alongside with Win 10 in a dual boot. I flashed the USB with Balena etcher and the usb is working fine. When I try to boot from the usb key I receive the following message: "verifying shim SBAT data failed: Security Policy Violation. Something has gone seriously wrong: SBAT self-check failed: Security Policy Violation". This is a known issue and the MS fix is this one: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/release-health/status-windows-11-23h2#issu

    Install Diablo 3 on Linux

    Just install PlayOnLinux? Why did they make step 2 and 3 of this "tutorial"?

    Anyway, looking at the supported software list for PlayOnLinux, D3 is a step in the right direction. Lack of gaming is a factor for a lot of people when deciding on an OS, if more recent games get ported it may help migrate them to their preferred choice.

    Switch to Linux ??

    Wait ... if you like 'elementary OS' then don't think of Linux. Think instead of a Chromebook. You'll be much happier, and much more productive. I love my Chromebook.
