Windows 10: Scaling issue: Apps and Extensions to big to read. I can't click buttons as they are...

When I first launched the PC it was asking me how big I want everything to appear. As this PC was used for a friend who couldnt see well, I made it 125%. But now that I use it, I want to undo this and go back to 100%. But I cant. So basically apps and the browser are bigger than the screen and it is so frustrating as I cant click the X or click buttons like "confirm" or "next" as they are not on the screen anymore. The only help I find is to go to "settings/peronalization/display and yes, there is a button "scale and layout" but that is already set to 100% and when going to advanced settings it only lets me scale up from 100% to 500%. I would so much appreciate if someone can help me out, you would make this guy very happy and I would really appreciate it because I am stuck with stuff I have to do but can't due to this issue.

Read & Write extension and Pocket extension

Thank you Sher Amo for replying. I tried this but it did not work. When I am in Windows Store the Read & Write extension still comes up Launch. I click on it and it bring me to the MSN page which I forgot to mention before. The same thing happens with the
Pocket extension. Hope this can be fixed. Thank you again. Dolores Desroche

 

Extensions unresponsive

  Settings > System > Apps & Features > Uninstall the problem Edge Extension(s)
  
• 
  Go to Store > manually search the store for the extension, then install it again.
  

After it's installed, click the 'Launch' button and it will take you to Edge where you can set it up.
