    Scaling Issue in Edge and Chrome when using 3 monitors


    Having an issue with Edge and Chrome on Windows 11. When hovering over an item or clicking on a context menu on a webpage, it shows the context menu on the monitors down below.I have 3 monitorsTwo 25" 1080p Dell Monitors side by side and I am also using the laptop which is a Dell Precision 7680 with a 16" 4K Display. The Dell monitors are set to 150% scaling and the laptop is set to 250% scaling. Dell Monitors are hooked into a WD22TB4 Dell Thunderbolt 4 Dock.Tried reinstalling Nvidia Drivers and that did not fix issue. Tried Edge and Chrome and clearing cache and cookies in both. Doesn't appe

    1. What is the make and model of the PC?
    2. How the monitors are connected to the PC?
    3. What is the build version of Windows installed on the PC?
    4. Have you tried updating the display drivers?

    Hi J,

    The scaling issues with your display monitor can be caused by an outdated operating system. To further isolate the concern, we suggest that you check for the latest update for Windows by following these steps:

    • Click on Start or the Windows Logo on your taskbar.
    • Select Settings or the gear icon and click Updates & security.
    • Click on Check for updates.

    If any updates are found, install it and wait for Windows to complete the update and then restart the device.

    Edge Import Bookmarks from Chrome does not work

    Hi,

    To resolve your issue with Microsoft Edge, we suggest that you clear your browsing data. Please follow the steps below:

    • Click on the 3 dots at the upper right corner of Edge.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Go to Clear browsing data.
    • Click on Choose what to clear > Clear.
    • Try to import your bookmarks from Chrome to Microsoft Edge.
