    I received this email after posting the question, "Why does AdBlock not block the video ads on MSN?" I called the number and allowed remote access to my computer. The person found several Errors and warning and I believe malware from a gaming video that is on MSN (the news website) which is a video ad I get every time I click on a video to watch on MSN. The person said that I need to buy the best version of Windows Defender which was $499.00. He also stated the I could take the computer and have the, I guess, malware removed but every time I visited the site (MSN) I would get the malware again unless I had the $499.00 dollar version of Windows defender, half price for someone 62 years or older. I closed the remote connection and hung up the phone. I did purchase Malwarebytes premium and a scan showed no threats. But I keep coming back to where he saw many error and warnings and some were about video gaming. Do I need to take my computer and have someone look at what problems are there? And the person did have remote access? Thank you for what help you can give.
