    Scam


    This anti-virus software company was renewing my membership and updating their software for another year. They were working on my laptop remotely. They tell me my drivers are corrupt and they can't finish with anti-virus software updates until the drivers are fixed. They say the drivers cost 69.00 plus the 10.00 for the tech work. Is there any way to find out what drivers they replaced? I questioned why I couldn't do it myself and they said I'd need a computer tech to do it. How do I prove what they did was a scam?
