Windows 10: Scam

Had a pop up on on computer that completely locked me out of everything, said to call the number on the screen, even had a voice over sayin the had been locked up and call do not shut down or you could lose everything. We'll I called. Being dumb. A lady answered said she was from Microsoft. I explained what happened. She walked the thought a process, downloaded ultraviewer, she had me give the code, then had my press the windows key and r. Brought up a black screen. And walked me through all of that and showed hackers and the phone lines where were tampered really bad websites had been looked
