Windows 10: scamed

Discus and support scamed in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; on Oct10 my screen was jammed with a notice to call service center I couldn't delete any of the message so I called and was informed I have all sorts...     on Oct10 my screen was jammed with a notice to call service center I couldn't delete any of the message so I called and was informed I have all sorts of malware . he took over my computer and showed me some problems . informed me I would need to run down and purchase 2 -$100 google play cards and then ask for the codes on the back . I wondered about that because they can be purchased

    on line . well the I was told my drivers had expired , he would need a $1000 to repair , all the while stating that most of the money

    would be rebated . I didn't have a $1000 for this and was getting real uncomfortable with this . well I've been had for 200

    Don't be taken in . also was and Indian supposedly south Fla .

    I'm not an Indian but I would like for NOKIA to released thier update for all N97 Model across the globe...

    it feels like I bought defective phone or was scamed....
