I received an email from Microsoft for $399 for Windows Defender Advance Threat protection Firewall & Network Protection. Look familiar with email I received when I purchased windows 365. I had not done this so I called the number 888-598-6694. Representative wanted me to do quick assist and he installed AWE Sun and took over my computer I knew I was being Scammed. Deleted software after I terminated the call. He then had another Scammer call me and tell me he would get my credit issued. I immediately hung up. Please help! What can I do?

    :)

May I offer you a suggestion: If you have any emails from the "scammer" gather them and make sure your credit card company knows about them. I was luckily able to recoup my payment. Good Luck.
