Windows 10: Scan app from Microsoft Store only able to scan two documents at a time when using the...

Hello, recently the Scan app has only allowed two documents to be scanned at a time.Before I was able to scan up to 10 documents. I have tried changing the location that the files are saved to, reinstalling the program, using new paper and ensuring that there is nothing wrong with the scanner.No error message is shown when the files are scanned and I do not know how to change the number of files that can be scanned at once.I was wondering if this was something that has happened before to someone else, and if so how it was fixed.Any help would be much appreciated.Thank you in advance!

Hello,

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

link.

Scanned documents can be saved on your PC as JPEG, bitmap, or PNG files. For us to better address your scan issue, we'd like to know the following:

• What scanning application are you using? Send us a screenshot.
• Were you able to set JPG as default before?
