Windows 10: Scan says access denied after scan completes

    Scan says access denied after scan completes


    I have an Epson WF-2510 multifunction printer. I had trouble with the scanner as it originally couldn't be found even though printer driver found it OK. I managed to set the port to correct IP and then scan worked. The preview showed OK and the scan seemed to work correctly but when I tried to "import" the image I can only get "Access denied".
    Under Windows 7 there is no "import" required I just have to save the scan.
    I am the only user on the laptop so who owns the image I've scanned in?

    Scanner error

    Since installing windows 10 and reinstalling printer software I can not import my scans.

    Cannon Pixma MX922 does scan and I see a quick flash of the scan but that shuts off and an error msg says access denied.

    Access is denied after threat scan

    Awhile ago, my external drive originally states that my drive is unrecognizable and so I scanned my drive using Windows
    Defender. After it found 1 threat, it recommends me to restart my pc and so I did. After the restart, the external drive says
    "Access is denied" . I need my files in my 1TB external drive in my Windows 10.
    PLEASE HELP ME ACCESS IT.
