Windows 10: Scan to Folder with SMB

We were given a Copystar CS 4551ci printer for our office. I am having an issue setting up the Scan to Folder function. It uses SMB. I can set up two of our 8 PC's to scan to a local folder on the machines C: drive. When I try to set up the others I can not establish a connection. There is a difference between the two machines that work and the 6 that don't. The working machines log into local accounts on the PC. The printer will scan to the Scan Folder on those machines. The other machines log into onmicrosoft.com accounts. I have not been able to get the printer and those machines to authent

Hi all,

I am having this Ricoh Copier MPC 2003.

I have setup all PCs with SMB scan to folder via PC name.

But some of the PC unable to scan via PC name.

i have to change those pc scan setting via fixed ip address.

All PC is clean install with windows 10 Pro.

i want to setup all pc under DHCP environment.

is there any solution or why caused some of my pc can not do SMB scan to folder via PC name?

Hello,

By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

• Press Windows and type pictures
• Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this

Scan to Folder through SMB Scan is notworking in Windows 10 pro

* Scan to a network folder is not working with my Windows 10 pro system

** we are connected 15 system 2 printers in a network, while giving print to the network printer it works but scan to network folder through SMB is not functioning

**I gave full permission to the network folder

**Printer completes scan but it shows NO RESPONSE while transfer the file

**I have tried updating the windows update might work, it is not working

***Current OS version is 1805

***Old system with same configuration and same OS is working but new system which bought on May Last week having the scan issue.
