    Scanning Lap Top with Windows Defender Shows Error Code 0x8050800c

    I have been scanning my lap today after yesterday completing a an Microsoft update. Windows defender suggested I needed to scan my lap top and towards the end of a quick scan received the following error code 0x8050800c. Looked through Help and could not
    find a possible solution? Can anyone guide me?

    Dell lap top problem

    The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

    I am giving my lap top to my son and I want to delete all the outlook emails which I now have on my new lap top but afraid if i delete the accounts on old lap top it will effect on the new lap top? thank you
