    I have new letterhead pdf. When I print this letterhead on a blank pager, no problem. When I print this letterhead page with a new document, it is fine, but then when I scan this document, it is “sandy” in appearance along with the text. Efforts with Paperport, that have been extensive, have been no luck, and I updated my scan software with no improvement. Of note, this process does not always lead to sandy outcomes on other documents. Any other thoughts or solutions?Win 11, Dell Inspirion; Brother MFCThanks, JS

    N95 slide phone with sand

    Hello.

    I was a the beach the other day and had my N95 in my shorts pocket. It seems that a bit of sand has gotten into the slide part and now there's a grinding sound/feel every time I open and close the phone.

    I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for cleaning the sand out?
