    Scanner mouse won't work


    My Halo scanner mouse which has worked perfectly from Windows 7 through windows 8 and 8.1 to Windows 10 now wont scan since the anniversary update. As a mouse it continues to work fine. I have checked the drivers and reinstalled the scanner mouse program to no avail. Is this because Windows 10 now sees it as a USB camera and like the USB webcams that no longer function awaits a fix from Microsoft? Thanks C

    Scanner Mouse not working

    Thank you for this information I downloaded the suggested updated software but did not do steps 2-4 .... I a basic computer user and am not sure how or where to find these steps on my computer.

    The new update makes it so my mouse part works but not the scanner part any basic advice or a step by step on how to do the rest?

    BLUETOOTH MOUSE WON T MOOVE. WHY?
