Windows 10: Scanner on Brother MFC-465CN refuses to run - printer works fine.

Trying to get the scanner on my Brother MFC-465CN to run, but having no luck at all.Have tried all solutions listed on this thread https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/scanner-issues-using-brother-mfc-465cn/f0805643-ee0b-4974-a900-8e4474b259d7 - but cannot get the scanner to work. Had no trouble getting the printer to work.The Brother MFC-465CN machine is connected via USB cable to my computer. I am running Windows 10 Home - 64bit version 21H2. I have tried installing numerous drivers, checking the scanner after each installation, without successtried running setup progra

I got the same problem with my Brother MFC-465CN driver, when window 10 updated this June 2020 the printer stop working, I tried to refresh the drivers but it does not want to load, I tried the certificate in the windows update but its only available for
Brother MFC-4650 for some reason MFC 465CN is not on the list. I found a way to re-install the original driver. My computer were pre-installed with Windows Vista originally so I did choose the vista driver update from Brother website and everything went back
to normal, it saves me money in buying a new printer. You have to uninstall any brother driver you have on your computer if you upgraded to windows 10 but you will be ask to remove it before installation begin.

NOTE: You have to choose the operating system originally installed in your computer for the MFC-465CN.

Scanner Issues using Brother MFC 465CN

Hello, I have a Brother MFC 465CN that I was using in Windows 7, with no issues. Now, that I've converted to Windows 10 I can not use my scanner. I keep getting an error: The scanner isn't available. Make sure the device is turned on and is connected
to your computer or network. It is connected/has been disconnected/uninstalled-reinstalled. Still doesn't work. In fact, I also receive an error when I push the Scanner button on the printer now: Not Connected. I now don't even see the printer icon at
the bottom right that show apps like: Bluetooth, Internet connection, etc... Any suggestions/help?

Brother MFC-465CN printer is not printing since updates

Hopefully, someone will be able to help me. Ever since the 6/2020 Microsoft updates, I have not been able to print from my computer. I have Windows 10 version 1909. I can scan and copy just fine, but cannot print anything. My Brother printer MFC-465CN
is not listed in the Brother website as being supported by Microsoft. There are hundreds listed but not mine. I have downloaded the patch from Microsoft KB4567512, as was suggested from other users through their communications with Microsoft, but it has
not helped. I need my printer to work. Please advise on how Microsoft can help.
